WITH Andile Vellem and Jori Snell DIRECTOR Caroline Calburn DESIGN Jayne Batzofin PRODUCER Theatre Arts

Rooi Boeties is a playful, non-linear montage of words, physical imagery and sound used carefully and in imaginative ways to evoke the fantastical realm of adventure, friendship, loss and what sharing means to children. The production has been created and is performed by a hearing and a deaf performer, and uses sign language as the starting point for the visual and physical language. It speaks to babies’ natural ability to learn sign language.

Please note: Seats in the Klein KKNK-teater are unreserved and space is limited. Make sure you get there early to avoid disappointment.
