Minder as water

WITH Morné Malan FACILITATOR Bibi Slippers

This wonderful story takes place in Bitterwater, a village that reminds one of Lekkersing and Eksteenfontein in the Northern Cape. Const. Cheslin Fielies has his hands full with reverend Lodewyk van Helsdingen, the "crazy old Dopper missionary" who more than once takes to the streets stark naked and armed with his Mauser. The reverend's wife, Miriam, is "almost blind from the cataracts, but now she can hear all sorts of things again". They are just a few of the delightful characters that make Minder as water a book you cannot put down.
