WITH Poem Mooney and friends
This year, the KKNK honours Poem Mooney, the famous storyteller of the Klein Karoo, for his valuable contribution to art and culture. A group of actors, among others from Stellenbosch University, will interpret the stories that Poem created and retold in the form of entertaining playback (improvisation) theatre. A few of his close friends also tell a story or two about him. Share in the celebration of Poem’s incredible treasure of stories and be reminded anew of the value of stories and of the reasons why we tell stories – for entertainment and to see the world a little differently through the eyes of others.
